en جنگ اوکراین و بحران نان در خاورمیانه Public Health Public Health Short communication <div dir="rtl"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsanslight;"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> جنگ دسترسی خاورمیانه به منابع ضروری و بسیار مورد نیاز را تهدید می کند. با این حال، برخی از کشورها بیش از سایرین در برابر کمبود مواد غذایی و ناآرامی آسیب پذیر هستند. مطالعه حاضر به بررسی تأثیر جنگ اوکراین و بحران نان در خاورمیانه می‌پردازد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>روش‌ها:</strong> موتورهای جستجو شامل </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%">PubMed</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%">Scopus</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%">Science Direct</span></span><span style="line-height:115%"> و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%">Google scholar</span></span><span style="line-height:115%"> با کلمات کلیدی مانند اوکراین، جنگ، نان، بحران، روسیه و خاورمیانه برای یافتن مقالات مرتبط منتشر شده تا سال 2022 استفاده شدند.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>نتایج:</strong> جنگ در اوکراین یک بحران تمام عیار بود زیرا دو کشور درگیر در جنگ 30 درصد از تولید غلات جهان را تامین می کردند. حدود 75 درصد از روغن آفتابگردان جهان نیز در روسیه و اوکراین تولید می شود که خطر بروز بحران غذایی در جهان را به همراه داشته و می تواند سطح گرسنگی و سوء تغذیه را در خاورمیانه، آسیای مرکزی و اطراف آن افزایش دهد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> با توجه به موارد ذکر شده می توان گفت که آینده چندان روشنی برای کشورهای خاورمیانه از نظر تامین مواد غذایی که در شرایط کنونی به شدت تحت تاثیر جنگ اوکراین قرار گرفته اند وجود ندارد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal"><b>Background: </b>War threatens the Middle East region&#39;s access to essential and highly needed resources. However, some countries are more vulnerable than others to food shortages and unrest. The present study investigates the impact of the Ukraine war and the bread crisis in the Middle East.</span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><b>Methods: </b>Search engines including PubMed, Scopus, Science Direct, and Google scholar were applied with<b>&nbsp;</b>keywords such as Ukraine, war, bread, crisis, Russia, and the Middle East to find related articles published up to 2022.</span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><b>Results: </b>The war in Ukraine was a full-scale crisis since the two countries involved in the war supplied 30% of the world&#39;s grain production.
